Learners Academy ("we", "us", "our") provides online and in-person tuition for IGCSE, O Level and A Level students. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have. Last updated 22 September 2026.
Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, book a free trial class, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the student’s class, grade or exam board, and any other details you choose to include. Where the student is a child, we ask that the enquiry is made by a parent or guardian.
We use this only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a trial class, and schedule and deliver tuition. We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp using the details you provide. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Records for enrolled students are kept while the student studies with us and for 3 years afterwards, so that we can provide references, progress reports or transcripts if you need them later.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages families look at, and Microsoft Clarity to record anonymised session activity such as scrolling and clicks so we can find parts of the site that are confusing or broken.
How analytics is switched on depends on where you are visiting from. In the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, neither tool runs until you accept: a bar at the bottom of the page asks for your choice, and until you choose Accept the Google Analytics script is not loaded, no analytics cookie is set and Microsoft Clarity does not load. Everywhere else, including Pakistan and the Gulf, both tools are on by default and you can switch them off at any time.
Use "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page to change your choice. Choosing Reject switches both tools off and clears the Google Analytics cookies on this site from your browser. We work out which rule applies from the country our hosting provider, Cloudflare, associates with your connection; we don't store it, and if it can't be determined we use the opt-in rule.
Microsoft Clarity masks what you type into forms, so the text you enter is not captured in session recordings. Cloudflare hosts this website and protects our forms from automated abuse using Cloudflare Turnstile; this processes your IP address and basic request information and is necessary for the site to work.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that operate parts of this site for us — Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare — with our teachers where it is needed to schedule and deliver lessons, and with anyone we are legally required to share it with. We do not pass your details to other tuition providers, schools or marketing companies.
Where your information goes
We are based in Lahore, Pakistan, and your enquiry details are received and stored here. The analytics and hosting providers above process data on servers outside Pakistan, including in the United States and the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose, or object to analytics tracking. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
We teach students under 18. We ask that enquiries are made by a parent or guardian and we do not knowingly collect information directly from a child without a parent’s involvement. If you believe a child has given us information without your knowledge, email us and we will delete it.
