Sociology A Level AQA online classes

Expert online Sociology tuition for AQA A Level — covering every topic from the 7192 syllabus with exam-focused teaching.

How we teach Sociology

Sociology rewards students who can argue — and AQA’s A Level (7192) makes that explicit, examining theory, methods and substantive topics across three written papers that prize evaluation as much as knowledge. Our teaching is built around turning informed opinion into the structured, evidence-backed argument examiners credit.

The course moves from the theoretical toolkit — functionalism, Marxism, feminism, interactionism — into the areas where students apply it: families and households, education and social mobility, and crime, deviance and social control, with research methods running through all of it. We spend real time on the “methods in context” and theory-and-methods questions students most often underperform on, because that is where marks are won or lost.

Lessons are live and discussion-driven, but small enough that every student gets their essays read closely and their analysis pushed further.
